I'm excited to present a new design project focused on the Lagos urban bus system. The original design was difficult to read, visually unappealing, and lacked consistency.

For this project, I conducted an analysis to develop a consistent design system. I selected a better color scheme and distributed information evenly while considering format limitations. Ideally, a square format would have been the best option, but I chose to use a standard A2 horizontal layout. This resulted in some areas and bus lines being distorted, but this is a constant issue for transit diagrams. However, I believe this new design enhances readability and visual appeal.

I would like to invite the Câmara Municipal de Lagos to collaborate on this project for future improvements and potential implementation.
